I. Scope of Equipment Procurement for This Purchase
Required Equipment 1
Laser welding machines, quantity: 4 units; main configuration:
① Laser welding machine main unit, with one host driving four units, fiber optic model FSI-200-10;
② Four-channel galvanometer control cabinet, with one cabinet controlling four units; 4 pcs.
③ Galvanometer welding head, 4 pcs
④ Field lens, 4 pcs;
⑤ Collimator head, 4 pcs;
⑥ Manual lifting mechanism, 4 pcs
Required Equipment 2
CCD vision cameras, quantity: 3 sets; main configuration:
① Smart cameras (IS8405/Cognex/4 units);
②Industrial lenses (HCV-OV/Dazhu/4 units);
③Annular red light (HCV-RL120030L-R/4 pcs);
④ Industrial PC (Siemens/1 unit)
II. Maximum Price Limit
The maximum total contract price, inclusive of tax, is RMB 2,000,000 (in words: Two Million Yuan Only).
III. Criteria for Selection
Among suppliers that meet the requirements, the lowest-priced supplier shall be selected.
IV. Requirements Regarding the Number of Applicants
No fewer than three.
V. Equipment Delivery Schedule Requirements
Party B shall ensure that all equipment arrives in good condition at the address designated by the selecting party no later than March 31, 2024.
VI. Deadline and Venue for Submission of Bidding Documents
1. Submission deadline: February 6, 2024, 17:00;
2. Submission Address: No. 261, East Section of Feiyun Avenue, High-tech Zone, Mianyang City.
