I. Procurement Content

Required Equipment 1
Laser Welding Machines (Quantity: 4 sets)
Main configurations:
① Laser welding host unit (1 host unit with 4 outputs, optical fiber FSI-200-10);
② Four-channel galvanometer control cabinet (1 control cabinet for 4 units, 4 pcs);
③ Galvanometer welding heads (4 pcs);
④ Field lenses (4 pcs);
⑤ Collimating heads (4 pcs);
⑥ Manual lifting mechanisms (4 pcs).

Required Equipment 2
CCD Vision Cameras (Quantity: 3 sets)
Main configurations:
① Smart cameras (IS8405/Cognex/4 pcs);
② Industrial lenses (HCV-OV/Hans/4 pcs);
③ Red ring lights (HCV-RL120030L-R/4 pcs);
④ Industrial computer (Siemens/1 pc).

II. Maximum Budget Limit
The total contract price shall not exceed RMB 2,000,000 (in words: Two Million Yuan) including taxes.

III. Selection Criteria
The supplier offering the lowest quotation among all qualified applicants will be selected.

IV. Minimum Number of Applicants
No fewer than three suppliers must participate.

V. Delivery Requirements
Party B shall ensure all equipment arrives undamaged at the designated address of the tendering party by March 31, 2024.
